The Beach Hut on Main is run by the mother-daughter duo, Amanda & Susan Seekamp. Susan ran The Beach Hut in Amagansett for 29 years. Their appreciation for their local beaches and tight-knit community drove them to take over Main Beach in the summer of 2021. Susan and Amanda are native to the area and love to share their home with visitors and familiar faces. Their menu is a curation of the garden, the sea, and the grill using the freshest local ingredients. Susan has an extensive background in food and hospitality ranging from New York, Aspen, Los Angeles, and Amagansett. Amanda is following in her footsteps, keeping up with her mother's passion while curating long-term relationships with their customers. Their menu is centered around delivering local, organic, and fresh beach items. Main Beach, nestled up in the dunes of East Hampton, is a little slice of the magical town of East Hampton.
